Job Title: Implementation Manager

Role Overview

An Implementation Manager at MoveInSync is responsible for deploying the companys

employee commute management platform for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth

onboarding, configuration, and adoption of the solution. The role works closely with

customers, operations, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful project

delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Implementation & Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end implementation projects from planning to go-live
- Lead client onboarding, configuration, and deployment of the MoveInSync

platform

- Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) to deliver the

solution

2. Project Management

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Track implementation progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Identify and mitigate project risks and operational issues

3. Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for the client during implementation
- Conduct regular meetings with client stakeholders (HR, Admin, Transport teams)
- Ensure alignment between client requirements and product capabilities
- Implementation team coordination especially for multi-location customers.

4. Requirement Gathering & Solution Design

- Gather customer transportation and commute requirements
- Analyze operational data and recommend route optimization or process

improvements

- Document business processes and system configurations

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work with technology teams for platform customization and integrations
- Coordinate with operations teams for fleet/vendor onboarding
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards and implementation processes

6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Track key KPIs such as deployment timelines, platform adoption, and SLA

compliance

- Prepare project status reports and dashboards for leadership and clients

7. Customer Success & Growth

- Ensure smooth product adoption and operational stability after go-live
- Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions with clients
- Identify upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Required Qualifications

- Prior experience in SaaS application rollout within India

- Experience in transport or mobility domain
- Experience in large-scale, multi-location deployments
