*Key Responsibilities:*

*Quality Standards Compliance*:
Monitor operations to ensure compliance with established quality standards

Recommend and implement adjustments to manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols

Effectively implement Food Safety and Quality Management Systems (FSQMS)

*Product Inspection Testing*:
Conduct inspections and testing of products to meet required safety and quality benchmarks

Develop and maintain detailed safety and quality records

Make informed decisions on acceptance or rejection of finished goods based on quality assessments

*Documentation Reporting*:
Maintain accurate records of safety monitoring, quality evaluations, and corrective actions

Prepare and provide quality documentation, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and test reports for shipments

*Laboratory Coordination*:
Schedule and coordinate analytical testing of organic herbal products with external laboratories

Evaluate and communicate test results to management for informed decision-making

*Audit Preparation Execution*:
Collaborate with external auditors during audits by providing required documentation and evidence

Handle external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer standards

*Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)*:
Implement GMP, SOPs, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) to enhance product quality, traceability, and operational efficiency

Prepare and update SOPs to align with organizational goals

*Pest Monitoring Risk Management*:




Oversee pest monitoring and control activities to mitigate risks

Highlight deviations, develop corrective action plans, and ensure their effective execution

*Cleaning Maintenance Records*:
Maintain and update records for regular cleaning and sanitation activities in line with quality and safety standards

*Collaboration with Marketing Teams*:
Coordinate with domestic and export marketing teams to manage Lot Numbers, manufacturing, and expiry assignments for products

*Regulatory Compliance for Shipments*:
Manage the issuance of Finished Goods Numbers (FGN) and ensure adherence to documentation requirements for both domestic and export shipments

*Quality Management System Monitoring*:
Continuously oversee and improve the organization s Quality Management System (QMS) to meet operational and regulatory standards

*Desired Skills Experience:*
Hands-on experience with external audits and regulatory compliance

Strong knowledge of FSQMS, GMP, and SOP implementation

Proficiency in risk management, pest control, and corrective action planning

Effective documentation and communication skills for interdepartmental coordination
