Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform System Administrator to maintain the stability, performance, and usability of ServiceNow environments. The role involves platform administration, incident management, environment support, release activities, automation, and collaboration with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain ServiceNow platform stability and performance.

Perform application maintenance and health checks.

Manage and resolve ServiceNow incidents.

Support releases, configurations, and feature deployments.

Manage DEV, UAT, and PRE-PROD environments.

Handle access management, data maintenance, and automation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot platform issues.
