- Robust mainframe skills in Cobol, JCL and DB2.
- Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with Jira.
- Strong knowledge of software development.
- Understanding of CICS (if applicable).
- Exposure to batch processing and job scheduling tools.
- Work independently as a fungible resource in a highly collaborative team, at pace with strong problem-solving skills and proactivity in solutioning complex problems.
