Required Technical Skills:

- Enterprise AD architecture and topology design
- AD security, privileged-access design and delegation
- Complex DNS, authentication and replication troubleshooting
- AD migration, consolidation or modernization ownership
- Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD Connect hybrid identity
- Tested AD disaster-recovery and forest-recovery knowledge

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and evaluate Active Directory environments to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade Active Directory architectures and governance frameworks.
- Lead Active Directory modernization initiatives, including migrations, consolidations, and hybrid identity deployments.
- Establish and enforce security best practices, access controls, delegation models, and compliance standards.
- Provide technical leadership for Active Directory operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements,



present recommendations, and drive solution adoption.
- Mentor infrastructure teams and ensure operational excellence through standardized processes and best practices.
