About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead (Individual Contributor) with 10+ years of hands-on

development experience to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications. This is a technical

leadership role focused on architecture, coding, design, and mentoring, without direct people management

responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot 3+, Microservices, Cloud-native

development, and working knowledge of Angular for frontend integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Java 17+ and

Spring Boot 3+.

- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
- Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver recent features.
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Perform code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Participate in CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices.
- Work closely with frontend teams and support Angular-based integrations.
- Mentor developers on technical challenges and architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 10+ years of software development experience in Java technologies.
- Robust expertise in Java 17 or higher.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot 3.x or higher.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and REST API development.
- Experience with Spring Framework modules such as:
- Spring Boot
- Spring Security
- Spring Data JPA
- Spring Cloud
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design Principles and Design Patterns.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of frontend technologies, particularly Angular.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging platforms.
- Experience with performance tuning and application monitoring.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Exposure to event-driven architecture.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
