Role Descriptions:
Provide 247 DevOps support for customers utilizing the required skills. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth deployment processes.
Assist in the software release lifecycle| including build and deployment stages. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CICD pipelines. Maintain documentation related to deployment processes and configurations.
Essential Skills:
Familiarity with Unix or Python scripting is beneficial. Understanding of cloud environments can enhance the candidates profile.
Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus. Experience in the banking or financial services sector is advantageous.
Any certifications related to DevOps practices would be a bonus.Experience with CICD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions is essential.



A basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is required.
Knowledge of the software release lifecycle is crucial for supporting various deployment stages. Hands-on experience with at least two build tools is necessary. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team are also key.
