Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct product training sessions for customers.

* Support customers during software/product implementation and onboarding.

* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

* Coordinate with internal teams for implementation and issue resolution.

* Follow up with customers to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.

* Maintain proper records of training, implementation, and customer issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Any Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

* 1-3 years of experience in technical support, training, or implementation preferred.

* Positive communication and presentation skills.

* Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

* Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

* Basic knowledge of software applications and MS Office.
