Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Creo Design Engineer with hands-on experience in 3D modeling, part design, assembly, detailing, and engineering drawing using PTC Creo / Creo Parametric. The candidate will be responsible for developing and modifying automotive/mechanical components and supporting design activities from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify 3D models, parts, assemblies, and detailed drawings using Creo Parametric.
- Develop 2D engineering drawings with GD&T;, dimensions, tolerances, and manufacturing specifications.
- Perform design changes, engineering changes, and drawing revisions as per project requirements.
- Work on part modeling, assembly modeling, sheet metal, and surface modeling.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials) and engineering documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production, and Engineering.
- Ensure designs meet design standards, manufacturing requirements, and customer specifications.
- Support design validation, prototype development,



and production-related issues.
- Conduct design reviews and resolve design-related technical issues.
- Maintain proper configuration and revision control of CAD data and drawings.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in PTC Creo / Creo Parametric.
- Valuable knowledge of 3D Part Modeling and Assembly Design.
- Experience in 2D Drafting and detailing.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, and engineering drawing standards.
- Knowledge of DFM/DFA and manufacturing processes.
- Good understanding of mechanical components and materials.
- Exposure to BOM, PLM/PDM, and engineering change management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills – Automotive

- Experience in automotive component design.
- Knowledge of BIW, trims, closures, interiors, or vehicle components.
- Exposure to vehicle packaging and design integration.
- Knowledge of automotive design standards and development processes.
- Experience working with OEM/Tier-1 automotive projects.

Education

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or related engineering discipline.
