- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead and mentor junior professionals
- Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions within the team

- Strong understanding of process modeling and design in Appian
- Experience in developing complex business process models in Appian
- Knowledge of Appian architecture and best practices
