Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Generate enquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation, pneumatic, SPM, robotics, and engineering solutions.
- Promote and sell pneumatic components, automation systems, SPMs, robotics, motion control, and related engineering products.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based sales proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, system integrators, consultants, and channel partners.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with technical, application, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct customer visits, site visits, and technical discussions as required.
- Understand basic technical drawings, pneumatic circuits, automation concepts, and SPM requirements.
- Identify opportunities for customized SPM and automation solutions based on customer applications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and activity reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Preferred).
- Strong knowledge of technical sales and sales engineering.




- Experience in enquiry generation, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Good understanding of industrial automation, pneumatics, SPMs, robotics, or motion control.
- Experience in selling technical products or engineering solutions to industrial customers.
- Excellent technical support and customer service skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in industrial automation, robotics, pneumatics, SPM, motion control, machine vision, or related engineering industries will be an added advantage.
