- Job Title: AR Caller (US Healthcare)
- - Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad
- - Experience: 1–4 Years (Only Experienced in AR/ Denials / Pb or Hb, Voice process)
- - Salary: 40k to 42k based on Experience and interview performance
- - Immediate joiners preferred

- - Job Responsibilities
- - - Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US Healthcare providers.
- - Call insurance companies to check claim status and resolve unpaid or denied claims.
- - Analyze denials and take appropriate action for claim resolution.
- - Follow up on outstanding claims to maximize collections.
- - Ensure timely documentation of all call activities.
- - Work on Physician Billing and/or Hospital Billing processes.
- - Meet daily productivity and quality targets.




- - Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections and resubmissions.
- - Required Skills
- - - Minimum 1 year of experience as an AR Caller in US Healthcare.
- - Good knowledge of Denial Management and Insurance Follow-up.
- - Excellent verbal communication skills.
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- - Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- - Qualification: Any Graduate
