Experience : Minimum 3+ Years in sales preferably from Publishing Industry dealing with educational institutions

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell the company's educational books and digital products to schools, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with principals, teachers, and academic heads.
- Plan and execute school visits, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions and support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Required Skills:

- Proven 3+ years of sales experience in the publishing industry (school books segment preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focuses and result orientation.
- Ability to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
