We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured Documentation Writer who can create, organize, and maintain high-quality technical and functional documentation.

The role requires someone who can translate complex product and process information into clear, user-friendly content that supports internal teams, product users, and enterprise clients.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, technical teams, QA, and SMEs to ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.

Required Skills Experience

- 4 5 years of relevant experience in skilled documentation writing.

- Strong command of technical and functional writing, with the ability to simplify complex information.

- Experience using documentation tools and cheat-sheet generators beyond Microsoft Word. (Preferred)

- Ability to create visual documentation (diagrams, flowcharts, process maps).

- Excellent communication skills with adherence to US English standards.

- Exposure to US healthcare benefits administration is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit, and maintain a wide range of documents including BRDs, SRS, Scope Documents, UAT scripts, user manuals, and online help content.

- Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, accurate, and easy to understand.





- Work with SMEs and cross-functional teams to gather information and convert it into structured documentation.

- Organize content logically and ensure proper version control and accessibility.

- Develop diagrams, flowcharts, and visual aids to simplify complex concepts and workflows.

- Continuously identify opportunities for documentation improvements based on user feedback and industry best practices.

- Stay updated on documentation standards, tools, and emerging trends.

- Adhere to US English writing standards and maintain consistency across all documents.
