Job Summary

- Experience using Agile / Waterfall methods
- Managing software development life cycle from planning to release with skills to manage one or more projects simultaneously
- Experience in handling project management tools like Atlassian Jira tools for wireframe development, planning, scheduling, estimation and cost management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and meeting deadlines properly
- Experience with product demo presentation for pre-sale customers and user training sessions on UAT phase
- Excellent people management skills and teamwork
- Ensuring projects are meeting the business use cases and requirements by executing functional test cases
- Interface and communicate with Project Team with international stakeholders
- Experience with project management methodology, tools and templates including project planning, schedule planning, scope and cost management
- Run daily stand up meetings. Scheduling Sprints and prioritizing Product Backlog
- Requirement gathering and scope documentation
- Reporting Project status and highlighting risks to high authority and clients
- People Management - team building, motivation,

- Managing custom web projects from inception to the delivery by coordinating with the team and stakeholders
- Provide required support to the internal team for the successful delivery of the project.
- Project deployment and release management
- Development tools: Jira, Git, Pytest, Docker, Docker-compose, Kubernetes
- Project Management: Agile and Scrum workflows

Preferred requirements

- Experience with Scrum and Agile tools
- Communication in English and Malayalam
- Adaptable
- Provide delivery oversight ensuring all projects meet quality and client satisfaction
- Technical, Project Management and Delivery Management Skills
- Able to manage business goals, contribute to product / Delivery strategy and develop the team
- Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to time-frame and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation process
- Ability to join as early as possible
- Candidates from Kerala are preferred

Minimum requirements

- Qualification: BTech/MTech/MCA/Any Computer Science Background
- Experience: 6+ years
