Masters' Union sits at the intersection of industry and academia, and we're scaling rapid. We're looking for someone to build the analytical backbone for our UG vertical, connecting the data behind acquisition and delivery to the business and financial decisions leadership makes every week. This is an in-person role based out of Gurugram.

What you'll do:

- Own end-to-end analytics for Growth & delivery initiatives

- Partner with Business, Brand & Marketing, and Operations teams to drive data-backed decisions

- Support planning, budgeting and forecasting across the vertical, and track spend against outcomes

- Build dashboards, tracking frameworks, and performance monitoring systems

- Leverage Python, SQL, LLMs, Agentic AI, and workflow automation to eliminate manual processes

- Run experiments and A/B tests, and translate results into clear recommendations

We're looking for:

- Professional with 4-8 years of experience in Analytics, BI or Data Science, and financial analysis

- Strong expertise in SQL and basic understanding of Python

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, Agentic AI and automation tools

- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
