Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
- Design and develop workflows, business rules, and integrations using ServiceNow tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementation.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices and standards.

Job Requirements

- Experience in IT services and consulting industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, etc.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
