- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Support Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications, email, and collaboration tools.




- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Follow standard operating procedures and service desk guidelines.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support.
- - Eligibility Criteria
- - Any Graduate (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.).
- 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, networking, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
