Field Executive - Commercial Property Search

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Executive to identify and source suitable commercial spaces for our upcoming ice cream outlet in Bangalore.

The role is primarily field-based and involves physically visiting commercial areas, identifying vacant/available properties, meeting property owners and local brokers, and collecting complete property details.

Key Responsibilities

- Physically scout commercial areas in Jayanagar, Basavanagudi and Indiranagar
- Identify vacant shops and properties available for rent/lease
- Contact property owners, local brokers and building managers
- Collect details of rent, deposit, area, frontage, availability and other commercial terms
- Take photographs/videos and share the exact Google Maps location
- Identify high-footfall and high-visibility locations suitable for an ice cream outlet
- Maintain a database of all properties identified




- Coordinate property visits and initial discussions with owners/brokers
- Assist in preliminary rent and lease-term negotiations
- Provide daily/weekly updates on properties sourced

Candidate Profile

- Good communication skills in Kannada and English
- Comfortable with extensive field work and travelling within Bangalore
- Should be proactive and confident in approaching property owners and brokers
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets
- Prior experience in real estate, property sourcing, sales or field marketing will be an advantage
- Freshers with valuable communication skills and willingness to work in the field may also apply
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

Performance Expectations

The candidate will be expected to build a strong network of local property brokers and identify multiple suitable commercial spaces every week.

Performance incentives will be provided for qualified property leads and successful property sourcing.
