Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for smooth operation of Mill in shifts.
- Responsible for overall shift running from Raw Material to Finishing Area.
- Responsible for Filling Critical check list.
- Inventory tracking to be done on Monthly basis
- Responsible for Safety in Shift and Maintaining Log Book.
- Responsible for Attending breakdown & Preventive Maintenance Jobs.
- Ensure valuable housekeeping & safety in the mill and around E&I; equipments.
- Implementation of various systems in department like TPM TQM etc.
- Continuous Improvement by Implementing Kaizen.
- Implementation of Safety practices in the mill (E&I; section in above mentioned areas).
- Handling PM & Break down activity of AC Drives, PLC, Instrumentation, EOT crane, AC motor, CCTV, filling checklist activity in the computer.
