Reporting To: CFO

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Costing with strong expertise in Product & Assembly Costing, MIS, Financial Analytics and Management Reporting for a reputed Auto Components Manufacturing company based in Ghaziabad.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing costing activities, analysing manufacturing costs, preparing comprehensive MIS and analytics, and providing actionable insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Part Costing and Assembly Costing for auto components and manufacturing processes.
- Prepare and review Product Costing, Standard Costing, BOM Costing and Process Costing.
- Conduct detailed cost variance analysis covering material, labour, overheads and conversion costs.
- Prepare and analyse MIS, dashboards and management reports on cost, profitability, productivity and operational performance.
- Analyse actual vs. standard costs and identify major cost variances and improvement areas.
- Support pricing, quotation costing, new product costing and cost negotiations.
- Conduct cost reduction and profitability analysis and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Work closely with Production, Purchase, Engineering, Quality, Sales and Finance teams to understand and improve cost structures.
- Develop meaningful business analytics and presentations for senior management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and annual operating plan activities.




- Ensure accuracy and integrity of costing data and reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in costing systems, MIS processes and analytical frameworks.

Candidate Profile

- CMA / CWA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably from an Auto Components / Automotive Manufacturing company.
- Solid hands-on experience in Part Costing and Assembly Costing is essential.
- Excellent understanding of BOM, material costing, conversion costs, overhead allocation and manufacturing cost structures.
- Strong experience in MIS, Analytics, Management Reporting and Financial Analysis.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial and operational information effectively to senior management.
- Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP/ERP costing modules will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Location Requirement

- Candidates residing in Ghaziabad or within approximately 20 km of Ghaziabad will be preferred.
- Candidates from other locations may be considered if they are willing to relocate to Ghaziabad with their family.

Compensation

25 LPA Maximum 27 LPA, depending on experience, current compensation and suitability for the role.
