Job Summary
- Manage, support, and secure Linux-based end-user systems
- Ensure smooth onboarding and operation of endpoints
- Support enterprise tools and security compliance

Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain Linux desktop environments
- Provide L1/L2 support for Linux systems
- Manage users, permissions, and configurations
- Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and applications
- Perform patching and system hardening
- Manage endpoint security tools
- Support remote tools like Atera and Splashtop
- Create documentation and SOPs

Required Skills
- Strong Linux knowledge (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS)
- Package management (APT, YUM, DNF)




- Basic networking (DNS, VPN, SSH)
- Endpoint security tools experience
- Remote management tools knowledge
- Shell scripting basics

Preferred Qualifications
- RHCSA / RHCE / Linux+ certification
- MSP environment experience
- Active Directory integration
- Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure)
