- 8-13 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FPNA) role with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, trend analysis, P&L; analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial planning principles and practices.
- Excellent people management skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
