Roles and Responsibility

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mulesoft applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of technical procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Mulesoft applications.
- Analyze and report on application performance metrics to optimize system efficiency.
- Participate in the development of recent features and enhancements to existing ones.

- Experience with Mulesoft integration tools and technologies.
