Roles and Responsibility

- Design, develop, and implement Cognos reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on Cognos solutions.
- Develop and maintain complex data models using Cognos tools such as Report Studio and Query Studio.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Cognos report performance, data quality, and security.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Cognos solutions with other systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Cognos applications and best practices.

Job Requirements

- Proficient in Cognos reporting tools including Report Studio, Query Studio, and Dashboard Studio.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and ability to design effective data models.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing complex data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry is an added advantage.
