Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop automated test cases using Tricentis TOSCA for ServiceNow applications.
- Automate functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Test ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into automation test scenarios.
- Create, maintain, and optimize TOSCA modules, test cases, test data, and reusable automation components.
- Validate ServiceNow workflows, business rules, forms, UI components, notifications, approvals, and integrations.
- Perform API and web-service testing for ServiceNow integrations.
- Execute automated regression suites and analyze test results.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Integrate TOSCA automation with CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.
- Troubleshoot automation failures and perform root-cause analysis.
- Maintain test scripts and automation assets following established standards.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, test planning, and release activities.
- Prepare automation reports, test execution results, and quality metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience in test automation, with solid hands-on experience in Tricentis TOSCA.
- Experience in ServiceNow application testing and automation.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with TOSCA Commander, modules, test cases, test data, and execution lists.
- Knowledge of API testing, REST/SOAP services, and JSON/XML.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
