Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Workday solutions that meet business requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Workday integration, data migration, and system configuration.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of Workday implementations and integrations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday systems and processes.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Workday development and integration.

Job Requirements

- Solid understanding of Workday architecture, features, and functionality.
- Experience with Workday scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML.
- Knowledge of integration frameworks and technologies such as REST APIs and SOAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
