Roles and Responsibility

- Design, implement, and manage large-scale databases to support business operations.
- Develop and maintain database architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a team of database professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize database requirements.

- Troubleshoot complex database issues, developing creative solutions to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Database Lead or similar role, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.




- Robust knowledge of database design principles, including normalized and denormalized schema development.
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective database solutions.
