Roles and Responsibilities:

• To provide a proactive service in a professional and courteous manner to channel partners, cross functions etc.
• Understand the concerns and provide appropriate resolution
• Connect with the channel partners, cross function through Calls / E-Mails to provide the best possible resolution
• Solving/answering prospect and partner issues, complaints, questions/queries in close coordination with the other departments
• Ensuring all communication is recorded accurately using our online tool (CRM)
• Take a partner-focused approach to handle complaints and escalations
• Strong follow-up required on all the assigned cases
• Provide resolution within the framed timelines

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Graduate in any stream

Preferred Skills

• Minimum 0-1 years of customer service experience• Customer/Partner centric approach• Valuable communication and coordination with internal and external parties
