Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and maintain Windows-based systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the security of Windows systems by implementing firewalls, access controls, and other security measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows systems, such as hardware or software problems.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Windows systems with other applications and services.
- Develop and implement procedures for backups, recovery, and disaster recovery of Windows systems.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.

Job Requirements

- Proficient in Windows administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows server operating systems, including Windows Server 2019 and 2022.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Management.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions, such as Backup Exec or Veritas NetBackup.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other teams.
