Job Requirements

- 0-3 years of experience in AR calling or eligibility verification within the employment firm/recruitment services industry.




- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, including electronic health records systems (EHRs) and claims submission procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in using computer software applications, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality guidelines is essential.
