Roles and Responsibility

- Design, implement, and manage network backup solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Configure and troubleshoot backup servers, storage devices, and backup software.
- Develop and maintain documentation of backup procedures and processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to backups.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures for data management and security.
- Perform regular testing and evaluation of backup systems to ensure they meet business requirements.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of experience in netbackup administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of backup technologies, including backup software, storage devices, and server operating systems.
- Experience with cloud-based backup services and disaster recovery planning is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
