Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Solution Architect / Senior Administrator to lead the design, implementation, governance, and ongoing administration of our enterprise Atlassian ecosystem. This role will be responsible for architecting and managing Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, Jira Product Discovery (JPD), Jira Goals, Automation, Rovo, and related Atlassian Cloud products across multiple Jira instances. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, hands-on configuration, platform governance, security administration, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of the Atlassian environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, configure, administer, and govern the enterprise Atlassian ecosystem across multiple Jira instances.

- Manage Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Product Discovery (JPD), Jira Goals, Confluence, Automation, and related Atlassian Cloud products.

- Design and maintain Jira workflows, issue types, custom fields, screens, schemes, permissions, notifications, and security models.

- Establish platform governance, administration standards, naming conventions, project creation standards, and configuration/release processes.

- Design and manage JSM service catalogs, request portals, request types, queues, SLAs, approvals, and Incident/Change/Service Request processes.

- Manage Azure AD integration, SSO, SCIM provisioning, user lifecycle, role-based access, and external vendor/partner access.

- Administer Confluence spaces, permissions, information architecture, content organization, and Jira/JSM integrations.

- Develop dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, and Jira automation solutions.

- Lead Atlassian implementation projects, enhancements, UAT, deployment, go-live,



and hypercare activities.

- Conduct stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, map business processes, and provide solution architecture guidance.

- Develop platform documentation and deliver training and knowledge transfer to administrators and business users.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in Jira administration and Atlassian platform management.

- 5+ years of experience working with Atlassian Cloud.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, and Jira Automation.

- Strong knowledge of Jira workflow, permission, notification, security, and configuration architecture.

- Experience designing JSM portals, service catalogs, SLAs, queues, request types, and approval workflows.

- Experience with Azure AD, SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, and enterprise identity/security management.

- Robust experience in Confluence administration and information architecture.

- Hands-on experience developing dashboards, reports, KPIs, and automation rules.

- Strong understanding of Atlassian Cloud Enterprise governance and security practices.

- Excellent stakeholder management, requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.

- Experience leading implementation projects, UAT, deployments, and platform enhancements.





- Ability to create technical documentation and provide training/knowledge transfer.

- Atlassian certifications such as Atlassian Certified Professional, Jira Administration, Jira Service Management, or Atlassian Cloud Organization Administration are preferred.

- ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.

- Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.

- Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
