We are seeking a highly experienced Presales Consultant with strong Banking & Insurance domain expertise to drive solutioning, proposal management, RFP responses, client presentations, and strategic deal pursuits. The ideal candidate should have consulting experience from organizations such as Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, EY, Cognizant, Infosys, or similar firms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end response management for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Create compelling client proposals, solution documents, and executive presentations.
- Own bid management activities for strategic pursuits.
- Work with sales, delivery, and solution teams to define winning strategies.
- Develop deal-specific value propositions and differentiation frameworks.
- Create management presentations, executive decks, and customer pitch materials.
- Participate in customer discussions, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
- Build reusable assets, accelerators, and knowledge repositories.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research for strategic pursuits.
- Support sales teams in opportunity qualification and pursuit planning.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in Presales and Solutioning.
- Expertise in RFP, RFI, RFQ, and Bid Management.
- Executive presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Experience developing CXO-level presentations and management kits.
- Robust consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
- Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA (Marketing, Finance, Strategy, or Operations).
- Experience in leading consulting or professional services firms (Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, EY, etc.).
- Banking or Insurance certifications preferred.
- Exposure to digital transformation and technology-led consulting engagements.
