- Conduct research and identify new funding opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- Manage and analyze fundraising data to track progress and performance.
- Identify and pursue current business development opportunities to drive growth.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in fundraising and sales, preferably in the employment or recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach.
- Strong knowledge of the employment and recruitment industry, including current trends and best practices.
- Experience working with CRM software and other fundraising tools is an asset.
