We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications and software solutions. This is a high impact technical role for an experienced engineer who is passionate about building production ready AI solutions, solving complex technical problems to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high quality, scalable Python applications and backend services.
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions and pipelines using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Develop, train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy machine learning models for production use cases.
- Build AI-powered applications leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
- Develop secure and scalable APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, technology selection, and engineering best practices across AI initiatives.
- Design solutions for scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop automated testing and validation frameworks to ensure code quality and production readiness.
- Deploy and manage AI and software applications using Docker, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Python development, AI/ML engineering, architecture,



and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define technical solutions, estimate effort, and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of qualified experience in Python software development, with significant experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend development frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Scikit-learn.
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
- Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend architectures.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, data processing, and data engineering concepts.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, architecture, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
