Location: Gurgaon

Hybrid 3 days office

8:30 AM - 4:30 PM shift

Youll own CI/CD and cloud platform outcomes for critical banking services designing automation across the SDLC, operating AWS/Kubernetes platforms, and coaching delivery teams on DevOps best practice as part of Cloud First transformation.
What youll do
Design and implement best-practice CI/CD (Jenkins, Harness / GitHub, Docker, Artifactory),HashCorp Vault.
Main responsibilities (CI/CD, K8s, IaC, incidents, on-call)
Automate infrastructure with Terraform / Ansible on AWS (EC2, VPC, S3,Route53, Lambda, EKS/ECS, IAM, RDS)
Build and operate resilient, secure, scalable platforms; support incidents and improve reliability
Mentor engineers and drive DevOps adoption across delivery teams
What we’re looking for
8+ years overall experience; strong DevOps / Cloud / Platform background
6+ years hands-on AWS
Kubernetes / Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, Harness, HashCorp Vault., Python/Groovy, Linux
Experience with microservices, Agile delivery, and enterprise-scale systems
Robust communication skills and ability to influence and coach others
