Job Summary





Gaea is looking for candidates who have a thorough understanding of Associate Consultant to join our growing Oracle practice. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to build expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware technologies while working alongside experienced consultants on real client engagements.

Role & responsibilities

- Assist in the design, development, and testing of integrations using OIC or other middleware platforms.
- Support senior consultants in implementation and support activities across Oracle SCM projects Troubleshoot basic integration and application issues under guidance.
- Participate in client meetings and document requirements, issues, and solutions.
- Continuously learn Oracle Cloud and integration technologies to grow into a full consulting role

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years of IT experience (internships, support roles, or project experience considered) Exposure to OIC or other middleware/integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) preferred
- Basic understanding of application integration concepts (APIs, web services, ESB) is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team setting

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
