Key Responsibilities
- Good Knowledge of CRM & Tally Software.
- Call potential leads and inform clients about products or services
- Handle customer complaints and find fast solutions.
- Collect client feedback after sales or deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates.
