Key Responsibilities: • Assist customersin selecting the right mattress and sleep products based on comfort, health, and budget. • Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-store interactions. • Educate customers about product features, materials, warranty, and perks. • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales. • Coordinate with logistics and delivery teamsfor timely order fulfillment. • Handle complaints, returns, and service requests professionally. • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems. • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals. • Support promotional campaigns and in-store / online sales activities.
