Job Responsibilities:

- Employee Support & Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism while ensuring timely resolutions. Conduct RAG Analysis to assess employee well-being and implement retention strategies.
- Attrition Management & Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to curb attrition through employee connects and engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, team-building exercises, wellness programs, R&Rs;, town halls, and feedback surveys.
- Policy Compliance & Investigations: Ensure adherence to company policies and communicate updates effectively. Conduct investigations into escalations and workplace concerns, ensuring fair and unbiased resolutions.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain employee records, engagement reports, and grievance logs, leveraging insights to drive proactive interventions.
- Employer Value Proposition (EVP) & Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead EVP projects to enhance employee experience and retention while collaborating with leadership to align ER strategies with business goals.

Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience):

- Education Qualification: MBA/PGDM Preferred (with Specialization in HR)
- Work Experience: 2- 4 years of experience as an HRBP or worked in the field of Employee Relations, Talent Engagement,



Talent Management, People & Culture in any Industry
- Certifications (Preferred): HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or labor law certifications.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor laws, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues professionally.
