Job Purpose

You will be the bridge between the design studio and the execution site. Your primary responsibility is to manage labor, verify technical drawings, maintain strict quality control, and ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Management: Direct daily construction operations, track progress, and solve field issues.
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce health and safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure proper use of protective gear.
- Quality Control: Inspect workmanship and materials to match structural drawings and building codes.
- Team Coordination: Lead laborers and coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily logs, attendance records, and update management on milestones.
- Execution & Accuracy: Read, interpret, and execute architectural blueprints, working drawings, electrical layoutsflawlessly on-site.
- Quality & Finish Control: Maintain a zero-compromise attitude toward finishing quality, material alignment,



and structural stability.
- Timeline Management: Track daily progress against the project schedule. Proactively flag delays and resolve bottlenecks on the ground.
- Material & Inventory Tracking: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and safe storage of materials on-site. Verify quantities against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to minimize wastage.
- Reporting: Send daily or weekly progress reports, including site photographs and milestone updates, to the project architect and management.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelors degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Proven work experience as a civil construction supervisor.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of health, safety standards, and local building codes.
- Explicit communication and leadership abilities
