Key Responsibilities:

- Develop plumbing system designs including water supply, drainage, stormwater, and fire suppression systems for commercial, residential, and institutional buildings.
- Prepare layouts, schematics, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Perform pipe sizing calculations, flow rate calculations, pressure loss assessments, and equipment selection.
- Coordinate with architectural and other MEP disciplines to ensure design integrity.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local and international codes and standards (e.g., IPC, NFPA, ASHRAE).




- Support construction teams with technical queries, submittal reviews, and site visits when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in plumbing design for building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and plumbing calculation tools.
- Strong understanding of international plumbing codes and sustainable design practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
