About The Job:
The candidate will support US Insurance, Disability, Leave Administration, Healthcare, and Claims Processing operations.

Typical responsibilities include:

- Reviewing insurance claim documents and benefit-related requests.

- Contacting healthcare providers, insurance companies, employers, or stakeholders to obtain missing information.

- Following up on pending claims and documentation.

- Handling outbound/inbound calls related to benefit administration.

- Ensuring all activities are completed within SLA and quality targets.

- Managing complex cases and exceptions.

- Supporting process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required

- Minimum 18 months of US Insurance experience on papers,
