Key Responsibilities

Recruit, develop and manage insurance advisors/agents.

Drive business through the Agency Channel.

Achieve sales and revenue targets.

Build strong relationships with agents and customers.

Train and motivate the agency team to improve productivity.

Generate recent business and ensure business retention.

Candidate Profile

Graduation is mandatory.

Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI/Insurance sales preferred.

Candidates with Agency Channel experience will be preferred.

Strong communication, relationship management and sales skills.

Good local market knowledge will be an advantage.
