Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

Shift Timing: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM OR 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Bond Policy: 1.5 Years Service Bond

Location: The Hub 2nd floor, Scheme Number 78, Part II, Scheme 78, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010

About the Role
Intellgus is looking for detail-oriented and motivated accounting professionals to join our US Accounting team. We welcome applications from Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants (both freshers and experienced candidates) as well as professionals with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Indian Accounting who are eager to build a career in international (US-based) accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements & cash flow statements.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.
Maintain and update accounting records & reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and review periodic financial reports.




Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
Input financial data accurately into accounting software.
Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in internal and external audits.

Skills & Qualifications
Semi-Qualified CA (Fresher or Experienced) OR Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance/Accounting with 2-3 years of experience in Indian Accounting; MBA Finance preferred.
Strong conceptual understanding of accounting principles.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
High accuracy, attention to detail & commitment to timelines.

Work Details
Working Days: 5.5 days a week.
Shift Timing: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM.
Bond Policy: 1.5-year service bond applicable.
