*Position Overview*

DeNovo is looking for a responsible and organized **Store Manager** to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, stock records, and purchase/sales entries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with **Tally, stock management, and store administration**.

* Key Responsibilities*

* Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.

* Maintain accurate **stock and inventory records**.

* Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.

* Handle **inward and outward movement of materials**.

* Make and maintain **purchase and sales entries in Tally**.

* Maintain proper documentation for purchase, sales, stock receipts, and dispatches.

* Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.

* Coordinate with the purchase, sales, and accounts teams regarding stock and material requirements.

* Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of materials.





* Track damaged, missing, or excess/short stock and report discrepancies.

* Prepare stock reports and other store-related MIS as required.

* Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline within the store.

* Maintain records of all store-related documents and transactions.

* Required Skills*

* **Tally – Mandatory**

* Strong knowledge of **Stock & Inventory Management**

* Knowledge of **Purchase & Sales Entries**

* Positive understanding of **Store Management**

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel

* Good record-keeping and documentation skills

* Ability to identify and reconcile stock differences

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

*Education & Experience*

* Graduate / Diploma preferred.

* Prior experience in **Store Management, Inventory, or Warehouse Operations** will be preferred.

* Candidates with experience in industrial equipment, engineering products, or B2B stores will be an advantage.
