Content Management Analyst/ Application Support Engineer

Location - Thiruvananthapuram

Experience - 2 years

Responsibilities

- Positive attitude towards work and should be a team player
- Managed a complete ecommerce backend and Customer Support Management.
- Remotely analyze and debug all project specific IT infrastructure software issues
- Excellent client relationship and customer handling skill (Mainly US Clients)
- Handled IT production support, resolved Technical issues
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Ensure all issues are properly logged (eg: JIRA)
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they ve solved a technical issue




- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Minimum 2 years experience in the mentioned areas
- Willing to work in versatile timing to support US team

Preferred requirements

- Ability to join as early as possible
- Knowledge of eCommerce flows such as product configuration in database
- Managing content and configuration using a CMS according to client requirements
- Candidates from Kerala are Preferred

Minimum requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Willing to work in California time (Pacific Standard Time)
- Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma related to Computer Science
