Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the International Process in Jaipur. The role involves handling inbound and blended customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound chats/calls for international customers.
- Respond to customer queries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Ensure first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain chat quality and meet performance metrics.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data security norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
- Experience:




- Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience.

- Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge & good typing speed
- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts

Salary Package:

CTC: upto 35K

Inhand: upto 30k
