Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across multiple technologies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer negotiation process.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for niche and critical skills.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide market insights.




- Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports using ATS and recruitment tools.
